Onsite AI Works

Real estate teams & brokerages

The lead that went cold wasn’t a bad lead. Nobody got back to it for two days.

You already know speed to lead decides most of this. The problem was never that you didn’t care, it’s that you were at a showing. That’s a fixable problem, and it’s the first thing I’d build with you.

What I build with real estate teams

Listing copy that sounds like you, not like a template

Loaded with your past listings so it writes the way you write, not the way every remarks section on HAR reads. Property details in, draft out, you edit and post. The version that takes forty minutes when you’re tired takes four.

Every inquiry answered fast, in your voice

The lead comes in while you’re at a showing. The reply is drafted and waiting in your phone by the time you get to the truck. You skim it, adjust one line, send. Not an auto-responder that screams auto-responder. Your actual voice.

Transaction updates that write themselves

The “where are we” email that every buyer and seller sends on a Wednesday. Option period, inspection, appraisal, financing, closing. Drafted from what’s actually happening rather than reconstructed from memory at nine at night.

Turning notes into a CMA narrative

The numbers come from your tools. The story around the numbers, the part that actually persuades a seller to price it right, is writing, and writing is what this is good at.

The database you keep meaning to touch

Past clients, sphere, the people you swore you’d check in with. Drafted, personal, referencing what you actually know about them. This is the highest-ROI thing in the business and it’s the thing that never gets done, because it’s a hundred small acts of writing.

Who this fits

Agent teams with support staff, small and mid-size brokerages, property management shops, transaction coordinators, and investor-side operations.

The fit test: more than one person, a real transaction volume, and somebody on the team whose entire day is writing the same emails in different words.

Solo agent with a handful of transactions a year? Save your money for now. You can get most of the benefit yourself with an afternoon and a free plan. I’d rather point you at that than sell you a day you don’t need.

Questions I get from agents

Is this going to make me sound like everybody else?

That’s the right worry, and it’s exactly what happens when someone just opens a chatbot and types “write a listing description.” You get beige.

The fix is the setup, which is most of what the day is. We load your actual past listings, your actual emails, the way you actually talk. Then it writes like you instead of like the internet. That difference is the whole job.

What about compliance and fair housing?

A real concern and I want to be careful here. Everything is drafted, never sent, so a licensed human reads every word before it goes anywhere. We build your brokerage’s rules into the setup so drafts steer clear of the obvious problems.

But it does not make you compliant and I would never tell you it does. You and your broker are responsible for what goes out, same as always. Anyone selling you compliance automation in real estate is selling you a liability.

My clients’ information is confidential.

Then you should be on a business plan rather than a personal one, where your data isn’t used for training at all, and I’ll set that up with you. It’s about $20 to $25 a person per month and you buy it directly, not through me. The data page has the full picture including the parts that aren’t flattering.

I already pay for a CRM with AI features.

Most of those write generic copy from a template, which is why nobody on your team uses them past the first month. Keep the CRM for what it’s good at, which is tracking. What I set up is the writing layer, tuned to you specifically, sitting on top of the email you already live in.

If your CRM’s AI is genuinely working for you, tell me on the call and I’ll say so rather than sell you something you don’t need.

Can you train my whole office?

That’s the day at $3,500, your whole office, hands-on at their own desks. I also record you walking through it at the end so you can hand that to the next agent who joins. Pricing.

Fifteen minutes to see if it’s worth it

I’ll show you what I run in my own business first. Then you tell me whether the same idea helps yours.
